Shipping And Return Policy

Capes By Sheena makes every effort to have your order shipped from our warehouse within 72 hours of receiving it (excluding custom orders). Our normal delivery service is done either by USPS or UPS and normal shipping times vary from 2 to 7 working days. Delivery times vary depending upon where in the United States the package is being shipped. Occasionally personalized or custom orders take up to four weeks to ship. If you wish to have Saturday delivery or overnight, 2 day or 3 day delivery please notify our sales department by email to: sales@capesbysheena.com

Due to market changes or circumstance beyond our control, all prices are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for any typographical errors or omissions.

The order totals listed below excludes tax and any shipping and handling charges.

$0.00 – $10.00 = $9.90 $75.00 – $100.00 = $34.85
$10.01 – $20.00 = $12.10 $100.01 – $150.00 = $45.05
$20.01 – $35.00 = $18.20 $140.01 – $399.99 = $55.45
$35.01 – $55.00 = $25.40 $400 and up ADD 15% of total purchases
$55.01 – $75.00 – $12.55

Add $10.50 for Hawaii and Alaska
Add $20.50 for International

 

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. Except returned unopened packages. If you receive your package and do not wish to keep the unopened package simply return the item (unopened) and we will be happy to refund your entire purchase. If you’d like to request a refund, email us at refund@capesbysheena.com and your case will be reviewed. Please contact us immediately so that we can address the issue. We value you as a client and strive for your satisfaction.

Custom Orders:

CapesBySheena.com is a full-service salon apparel store and we are capable of producing custom designs made to our customer’s specifications. However, because these designs are specific to one person’s request, these Custom Orders are not fully refundable.

Custom orders will require a balance paid in full of that item’s purchase price. Should the order be cancelled by the customer at any point and we are unable to stop production, a 50% portion of the total purchase price will be forfeit by the customer.

In addition to the non-refundable 50% deposit any returns made without these items or with those that have been damaged will be subject to a $50 fee.

Also, we have access to an enormous variety of spa and salon apparel, and we’re always happy to fulfill custom orders.
